Our story began over 25 years ago with Sandra and Louis Bertone, who believed that baking was one of the sweetest ways to share love with others. Sandra first started by baking and decorating cakes from her home. As her passion and business grew, and with her husband’s support, her dream of opening a storefront became a reality. At the shop, Sandra not only created beautiful cakes but also offered a wide variety of cake supplies. About a year later, she perfected her signature creation—her unique cake flavor, known as the Wedding Bouquet® flavor. This beloved flavor quickly became a favorite, gaining recognition and praise from friends, neighbors, and customers nationwide. For Sandra, it was never just about baking—it was about creating joy, building memories, and showing love through every bite.
After nearly 25 years of pouring her heart into the business, Sandra decided it was time to take a step back. For health reasons, she entrusted her cherished recipe and trademarked flavor to her son and granddaughters. To her, family has always been at the center of everything, so it felt only right that the next generation carry her legacy forward.
Today, we—her grandchildren—are proud to continue what she started. We promise to keep sharing the Wedding Bouquet® flavor you’ve come to know and love, made with the same care, tradition, and family spirit that our grandmother always poured into her creations.
